NRC Masters squad was out in force at the annual Henley Masters Regatta held over 1000m on the first part of the Royal Regatta course, finishing outside Upper Thames Rowing Club. Medals were won by the women's Masters B crew and... , with most other crews going out to the eventual winners. Overall the event was judged a success and thoughly enjoyed by all who attended.

RACE REPORTS

The gold medal-winning C.4- came from behind to defeat Guildord RC on Friday morning, before losing to eventual winners Marlow RC early on Friday. The C.4+ lost to eventual winners (and National Champions) Monmouth RC. The C.8+ had a hard-fought race onn Friday afternoon, going down by 3/4 of a length to Muenster Rowing Club from Germany, who went on to win the event. The D.8+ won their first round in fine style, taking revenge on Sturport BC for their defeat at Ironbridge Regatta, before losing to Maidstone Invicta.
