On the Sunday of the Nottingham Regatta Weekend, Nottingham Rowing Club won seven events at the inaugural Masters & Club Regatta. Rowed over 1000 m on an overcast and breezy day, the event attracted over 330 crews. The wind was less gusty that on Saturday but was blowing straight down the course, leading the organisers to cancel events for the younger Juniors in the afternoon. Nonetheless the event was a great success, with many competitors expressing their intention to come back next year.

In the junior events the Women's J16 single sculls were won by Charlotte Brown, while the Women's Junior 16 double sculls were claimed by Priya Jenkins and Lucy Holgate. Alex Barlow won J17 single sculls. Josef Stoger won open Novice single sculls although still a junior.

In the masters' events, Bill Payne and Peter Taylor won Masters I double sculls on a handicap against two G crews, while Kevin Titterton slotted into a Bedford RC eight that bagged the G eights. In the penultimate race of the day the crew of Chris Beesley, Iain Hill, Andy Brown, John Kenyon (N&URC), Mike Walker, Shane MacSweeney, Graham Angus and Paul Williamson, coxed by Clare Angus, won the D eights. For Paul and John this was the culmination of a very long weekend in the finish tower running the timing system.
