The Nottingham Rowing Club Junior Squad has been, and continues to be, one of the most successful Junior Squads in the country. We race successfully at all levels of competition and our members win medals throughout the year. We have juniors racing at smaller, locally based events through to high-ranking events such as the Schools' Head, Hampton Heads, Thames Valley Heads, Pairs Head, Women’s Head of the River, Junior Inter-Regional Regatta, National Schools' Regatta, British Championships, Gent Regatta, GB trials and many more.

All juniors are coached by qualified coaches who are also CRB checked and hold the emergency first aid certificate.

Further information

All parents of junior athletes are required to complete and sign a health declaration form which should be brought along to the first session at the club. Unfortunately, without this completed document no activity can be allowed.

In order to join the club a completed, signed membership application form is required. This form is then passed to the club committee who will grant membership of the club.

Finally, before any junior can race, they must first obtain a racing licence from British Rowing ( http://www.britishrowing.org/membership )
