Organised by Lincoln Rowing Centre and rowed on a cool and cloudy stretch of the River Witham, near to the City the race attracted many Nottingham Rowing Club crews.

7 Wins were achieved by the Club including the fastest Men's Eight, Men's Four and Women's Eight. Picking up from their success at the Head of the Trent the men, Ben Farrell, Alex Evangelidis, Josh Riley, Ayrton Carlton, John Stimpson, Kenny Gray, George Eden and Alex Watkins coxed by Hannah York and coached by Olympian Lenny Robertson, was the fastest crew of the event. Ben Farrell, Kenny Gray, George Eden, Alex Watkins and Hannah York were also the fastest four of the day and although they were coxed were actually faster than coxless competitors. Coach Robertson is keen that his squad 'Learn the Trade' and has had them racing throughout  the winter with great success.

Ruth Hyde, Ellie Welham, Jill Titterton and Sarah Royles were in a joint entry with Peterborough City Rowing Club that was the fastest winning Women's Eight .The same four are Masters D 'Masters of  Trentside.'

Junior girls coached by Declan Gamble won four events. Hannah Stocks and Rachel Heap won both Women's J16 Double Sculls and Women's Intermediate 3 Double Sculls, Abi Clark and Bella Barlow were Women's J15 Double Scull winners and Victoria Straw won WJ18 Single Sculls.

With the win in London and seven in Lincoln the Nottingham Rowing Club are within two wins of equalling their Club winter wins record and three of breaking it but the winter programme is nearly over.
