The Quad is also coached by Martin Kay.

Commenting on the excellent start to the 2012 campaign Club President Keith Atkinson said ‘To be in double figures after the first day of the season reflects well on the athletes and their coaches who have clearly prepared thoroughly over the winter and set the scene for an outstanding season. The winter produced a record 63 wins, the summer target is a minimum 100 trophies and that will bring us up to 1,000 wins since the club was formed in 2006 when the Boat Club and Britannia merged.’
